What we believe
Match people, don't list jobs.
Hotel work comes with a lot of conditions: shifts, location, dormitory, language. Rather than leaving people to search a job board alone, we compare each hotel's conditions with each job seeker's preferences, so both sides meet the right match sooner.

Job seeker privacy
Hotels don't see a job seeker's name or contact details until they apply. Minimum pay is always private.
Honest conditions
Pay always comes with its unit. Shifts people won't work, like split shifts or nights, are clear from the start.
The language of the job
Front office, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen. Built in the words hotels use, in English and Japanese.
